How to join FFXIV player events

Player events include social gatherings, concerts, group photos, and themed activities. First-time participants can prepare by checking access and registration requirements.

1. Find an event

Browse tonight or weekend events and check the date, data center, World, and format. Open the original announcement to confirm that it has not changed or been cancelled.

2. Check entry requirements

Public or community-only participation
Registration or reservation requirements
Meeting, start, and end times
Dress code, level, or progression requirements
Streaming, photo, and social posting policy

3. Reach the meeting point

World or data center travel can take time, so prepare a little early. For housing events, check the district, ward, plot, and room.

4. During the event

Follow the organizer's guidance and in-game instructions. Respect queues and capacity limits, and avoid disrupting the program if you leave early.
