Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• Some features, including posting, saving, and following, require you to log in.
• You are responsible for appropriately managing your account and authentication information.
• Impersonation and unauthorized use are prohibited. We may restrict features or suspend an account when misuse is suspected.

2. When posting content

• Post images you took yourself or have permission to publish.
• Keep opening hours, prices, stock, and in-game addresses as accurate and current as reasonably possible.
• Respect the privacy of other players shown in images or chat.
• When using FFXIV images, follow the FINAL FANTASY XIV Materials Usage License.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Reposting another person’s work or images without permission, or infringing rights or privacy
• Defamation, discrimination, harassment, threats, or excessively sexual or violent content
• False venue information, fraud, RMT, or other misconduct
• Publishing real-world personal information or private chat without consent
• Unauthorized access, excessive automated access, improper data collection, or interference with the service
• Impersonating the official operation of EO PLACE or SQUARE ENIX
• Conduct that violates applicable law, FFXIV’s rules, or public order and morals

4. How posted content is used

You retain the rights you hold in text and images you post. You grant EO PLACE a royalty-free, non-exclusive permission to use that content as needed to display, distribute, back up, and improve the service.

EO PLACE may feature public post images and venue information on EO PLACE’s official social media to introduce the service. Images may be resized or cropped as needed for display. Unlisted, followers-only, and draft content is not included.

When you delete or make a post non-public, this permission ends for future use, including new official social media posts. You may ask the operator to remove an official social media post that has already been published. Removal from backups may take time. Rights in FFXIV materials do not transfer to you or EO PLACE.

5. Hiding or removing content

We may hide content, request changes, remove content, or restrict an account when there is a rule violation, a rights-holder complaint, outdated or misleading information, or a safety issue. Where the matter is not urgent, we will explain the reason when reasonably possible.

6. Venue information and service availability

EO PLACE does not guarantee that posted opening hours, prices, stock, addresses, or other information are always correct, or that a venue can always be visited. Visits and interactions between players are at your own discretion.

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued because of maintenance, failures, security needs, external service changes, or requests from rights holders.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Except where the operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence, the operator’s liability for damage arising from use of the service is limited to ordinary and direct damage. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or other law.

8. Leaving the service and changes to these Terms

You can delete your account from Profile settings. Your profile and post data will be deleted, although information required for abuse prevention or legal compliance and data in backups may be retained for the necessary period.

These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable law changes. Important changes will be announced in the service together with their effective date.

9. Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For questions, removal requests, or reports of rights infringement, use the dedicated inquiry form.
