How to use
Run the macro, confirm that your own name appears in the target information, and then use the required action normally.
Requirements
Use it in a normal state where self-targeting is available, and keep the intended follow-up action on a separate hotbar slot.
Notes
This selects only; it performs no heal or action. Separating selection makes the result easier to verify, but you may need to restore your previous enemy or ally target afterward.
