Targets the player currently targeted by your selected enemy. It can move selection from an enemy to the tank or ally being attacked while retaining an enemy-first healing workflow.

How to use
After checking the enemy's cast or enmity, run the macro and verify the ally selected. Use healing or mitigation from normal hotbar slots only after confirming the result.
Requirements
Select a valid enemy that currently has a targetable player as its target.

Notes
Enemy targets can change instantly for casts and mechanics. The result is not guaranteed to be the main tank, and no valid target means no useful switch. Avoid combining a heal with the targeting line.
