How to use
Run it while coordinating raises or preparing for a mechanic, read the remaining time, and activate Swiftcast and the intended spell through normal separate controls when ready.
Requirements
Use it on a job that has learned Swiftcast and keep the relevant log output visible.
Notes
It reports only your own Swiftcast and reveals nothing about another party member's cooldown. It neither activates the ability nor schedules a notification for when the recast finishes.
