How to use
Run it once near waiting guests. Add a concise reception or waiting-location note when needed, and use Tell or another channel when the guidance should be private.
Requirements
Use it where Say is appropriate for the venue, and edit the wording in advance to match the staff's actual process.
Notes
The motion option suppresses the bow's emote text, but the guidance still goes to Say. Avoid repeated messages and update the template whenever it no longer matches current operations.
