Requirements
FSH level 60+ with the action learned. Complete the unlock quest; at least 560 GP plus hookset GP. Any running timer must not be macro-locked.

Notes
Starting another macro interrupts an unlocked timer. A later Cast still runs if the first action fails. Wait timing does not predict bites. Checked against official documentation; not tested in-game by EO PLACE.
