How to use
Run it before entering a crowded encounter. Confirm the self, party, and other-player effect levels, then begin combat only after important ground indicators remain readable.
Requirements
Understand that this changes the saved Character Configuration values, and keep either the normal settings or a restore macro available.
Notes
Simple party effects reduce presentation while retaining some useful party effects; they are not the same as off. The settings persist after the duty, so restore them before screenshots or content where you want full effects.
